I've asked him a couple of questions.

The main worry I'd have is that he's cancelling the rego and not giving a rwc with it so you may have trouble registering it

I'm pretty sure I saw some build pics of this a while ago on a car forum I used to frequent. The shop that did the work looks a bit backyard but seems to turn out some pretty neat stuff
