I love this bike regardless of the headlight. For me to say anything negative about it would just me being really nitpicky.

Since you asked though I have to agree with sharky, definitely an improvement but not quite "there" either. Please take it as constructive though, as I said, your ride is tits.

i am with the big fella on this if you drop the light till the tip of it sits at the skirt of the pistons then it would look fucking sweet .....but it still looks horn though mark

Cheers for the comments mates, when I built Brutus the headlight unit was something I struggled
with for a long time, this unit from Germany was my first choice but I decided to build my own and was never completely happy with it.
Davo, the hugger was put on to give me peace of mind if ever I get pulled over, I would prefer not to have it, It goes great with the flat slides which I can change over easily, but its a bit of a dog at low speeds, having said that, its still no slug as it is, and I agree about dropping the unit down, but it exposes the underneath too much and would let water into the instruments in bad weather.
But keep the comments coming it gives me food for thought.
Cheers.

Todd, I ordered it from Germany, if you like I'll Email the details to you.
Davo, yes it dose touch, but no problem, its mayday run was an annual fang out to Graves End and back with a bunch of maniacs, if it was going to fall off it would have on that run.
