Sprocket Questions

Hello.....I've got a 94 blade I just finished putting a vfr750 swing arm on and I need to buy a chain and sprocket kit. Am I correct in assuming that the cbr and vfr sprockets are not interchangable...meaning I'll have to order a cbr front sprocket and vfr rear. I was hopeing to find a kit that has it all together....front, rear and chain......any suggestions? Also, the cbr's sprockets were stock....should I change the number of teeth?
