very nice. the paint on the engine, well the cylinder, is it marbalized? or just the angle of the pic.

did you have the fork legs powdered? or are they painted. reason i ask is because of the green tape. we use high temp tape on our stuff and i was wondering how it baked with that. Annodizing obviously would flow up the tape like that.

that thing really looks amazing.

No I bought the pressure plate & clutch cover off a bloke on the TL Zone forum who makes them up.(Only for TL's tho):(

Hey Shift here's a better pic of the paint. It's Alsa crazer that I've sponged on to give a sort of marble effect with blue candy over it.
The outer fork tubes are anodised & the lowers are powdercoated cause they are cast which doesn't anodise well.
The green tape becomes brittle & hard to peel off ( & leaves residue that needs to be cleaned off) once the powdercoating is on it ,so I wrap the fork tubes with brown paper then only use the tape on the ends.

that clutch really does look amazing. Thanks for the tip on the green tape. If you do much taping and powdercoating you might want to try some high temp tape. There are some tapes out there that are good up to 400 degrees. The stuff i use is this high temp tape.

The motor's just been freshly built, basicly stock with a couple of minor tweaks.
Being a car rim thats how they come & I just haven't got round to polishing the other side yet.

I started on the Radiator tonight. I decided to use two TLR lower rads cause they are nice & narrow. The overall area is also pretty close to the standard setup so it should work fine.
The top one is turned upside down.
This is a progress shot, I've still gotta rework the tubes that join em, fit a rad cap, paint em black etc.....

The way i've got the disk mounted is not standard, it usually mounts directly to the hub but Im not using the standard caliper so I needed to move the disk to suit. Oh & it's a smaller diameter disk than a standard one as well. It's a VFR 800 arm.
