Anyone got/used one.
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/NITRO-X-FUEL-COMMANDER-GET-POWER-FOR-HAYABUSA-GSXR-1300_W0QQitemZ390182303329QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Mo torcycle_Parts_Accessories?hash=item5ad8ad7661
If so,is it shit or good? 15-20hp gains sounds a bit far fetched
cheers

I'll loan you one i made in 1998, does buggerall, they offset the inlet air temp sensor, which does change timing slightly and can richen or lean off the mixtures slightly. variable resistor from tandy is all it takes
I am yet to see a fuel map that needs fuel added or taken away across the whole range , if your improving one area of mapping with this then your stuffing another,
timing changes can be made with a chainsaw file slotting the crank pickup get a couple of degrees here for free

I thought they might be a variable resistor Greg,i've seen a similar unit for about 15bux which lowers air temp reading but sounds a bit dodgey.Lucky i have a chainsaw and a file,i'll give that a go soon...and 2mm would be about 2 degree's yeah? Also gettin the 600 intake cam,but am confused how to make standard cam sprocket variable as its pressed onto the shaft.Do i need a Yosh or just a guru that knows his shit?
Valves and seat arrived mate, thanks again...saved me hundreds. But i shoulda listened to you, as a complete Yoshi built head turned up on USA Bay for about 600 a few weeks back. My head cost 320 to fix...D'oh.
And just 1 more question ,for now, whats a good size snail for the 7fiddy?...Yep,hold onto ya hats folks.
Cheers mate

as for the 2mm equals 2 deg that depends on how far the bolt heads are from the centre of the crank davo if you know your maths then you will be able to work this out

i.e 360deg in a circle so therefore to back the theory of 2mm equals 2 deg then your circle would have to be 360mm round so if you divide
360mm by pie (3.14xxx) equals 114.59 then divide that by 2 you have answer 57.29mm from the centre of the crank to the bolt holes you are going to slot out

hope this helps davo
