Also had one of the local riders ask to take a few snaps of the bike. Who am I to say no..

That long exposure stuff at night (especially in the city with water reflections) really works well hey. Nice photos mate.
He actually took a fair few pics and then edited them into 1 to use lighting from several angles. Interesting to watch it being done. Pretty happy with the results
Wow, neat technique. How do you get perspective right with different photos? Surely the angle would be different with other photos? Do you mean they were taken at the eact same spot on the tripod with and without the bike in shot?
He sets the Camera up on the tripod and takes a photo with just the natural lighting for the background. then another pic with him walking with a light behind the bike to give the light from on top. Same with the bottom of the bike. Does this a couple of times to see which gives the best lighting, then he edits the pics together and uses the background from one, the lower half from another, etc..
It takes him a while doing the editing... All the pics are taken in the exact same location
You champ! I always wondered how they did that. You've just taught me something. Cheers mate.
bloody nice Jules..
Hey frenchy ever thought about getting the black fork top tubes?
Yeah less busted would definitely be better. lol
do it Jules, black forks with black staunchions and a black frame looks awesome.
more titanium than my bike
Going for the gold wheels for now and see how it all ties together and go from there.
Those gold wheels are shit Jules.
You need to donate them to the shed ill use
them as seats or something,
You're right ozzy. I'll drop them past next week....
you lie..........
why haven't those fancy wheels been fitted yet Jules ? I had mine on quicker........
hehe
They've gone on the back burner till the house reno is done.
For the front wheel i just need to take approx 3mm off the spacer and the same off the outside of the axle as the original bearings were recessed where as these are not. For the rear a bit more complicated. I bought a disc which should fit on the new wheel (still need to test fit) and then make up a spacer and custom sprocket.
Just need to find someone to make the parts for me after i take the measurements.
