Free microfiches online
Lifted this fron Oldskool suzuki, seems to have factory microfiches with part numbers which will be handy next time you need to order parts and find yourself dealing with some young underpaid undertrained kid behind the counter. http://www.mrcycles.com/default.asp

Here's another good one as well: http://fiche.ronayers.com/Index.cfm - you can zoom in and shit with this one.
-
Try http://www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp as well.
Mainly manuals but there are a few microfiches tucked away in amongst it as well.
Doktor mentioned this site as well.

If anyone can read the language on www.scoot.bg might be able to hook a few more maybe?

Found how to get a few more Suzuki microfiches from that Scoot site.
Use the following link:
http://www.scoot.bg/index.php?option...rdering=newest
Where it has the box, type in Suzuki etc and see what comes up. One of the references, #3, takes you to the list of microfiches.

Bloke with the stick
Nice find Dave. With that Scoot site you can actually download the mircofiche of the entire bike to your computer (and they are virus free). I just got my GSXR PDF downloaded so I always have a reference to hand now. Cheers.

Si,
Good to hear. Might have to spread the word a bit, maybe post in the main section.
I've spent the arvo downloading everything I wanted from the 600s up.
Been trying to find similar for other brands but no luck so far.

I use http://www.partshark.com
or http://www.alpha-sports.com
Have purchased from both and offer good service as well as cross referencing part numbers etc.
generally now, i get the number from one of these sites and then get a price form the local dealer, as a while ago, i went to get the moulded rubber seal's for the fuel 'T's in between the BS36 carbs that were on my GSXR750.
"Cant get those anymore" i was told! I was thinking what the fuck am i gonna do now as you cant use just O-rings as its a moulded seal.
Looked up on Alpha sport, and after 3 links to updated part numbers, a current alternative part number was given. I went back to the dealer with this number and "yes mate, get those here tomorrow". Dealers dont really care about the old stuff too much i think. Do the research yourself and then go armed with your own part numbers.
