I can honestly say 35 degree heat for 10.5 hours at 110 - 120, in full gear leaves you a bit drained
I was going to wear jean's, but just my luck 1st time i clowned about
i'd have been on my arse, so went with the nice warm leathers.

Next year we should make it Harvey Bay... So you guys don't have such a big ride home.
It would make it about 4 hours for us too then... What do you think???

I don't mind Harvey Bay sometime, but i'll still do a 1770 run in Nov.

1770 isnt that far. Just need to be organised...
We did a few de-tours around Malaney, Marycairns Park, Mt Mee etc
and had a play on the twistys on the way back.
623k's home for us is similar K's to Nerang on the highweay.

Was good to see the 4 girls made the run, couple of guys from Brissy
I told wimped out due to distance, they showed them.

Maybe looking at a longer inland route next time........

Just a few photos from the weekend, had a fantastic time fellas. Thanks to all that came to 1770 must have been 40+ people I'm sure this ride is going to be a must for all next year. This ride's gathering some real momentum and dozens of amazing bikes
