    CBR900RR 95 or 98 for the chop ?

Had a 93 years ago. great bike all round. Now 25+ years on.... Looking at a 95 and a 98 model. Any preference of ease to streetfight ? or is one better than the other ?. Is one more tuneable for low down grunt ??

Other than 2nd gear issues from wheelies, both those models were pretty sound as far as I remember. Not much changed on them. The frames on those models look great naked as well.

Cheers.... I keep reading that the 98 was tamer ?. If that relates to the engine I'd rather not have tame. I loved the power delivery of the 93 engine and the 16" rim. I know the 98 is a 918/9 cc with more hp. But a little paranoid that it might be top end orientated ?

I used to love them as fighters but I could never cut my my shark tail 97. They care just too thin on the ground now.

Also find a cheap 95 that isn't total garbage.
