ok so time for more work.
im currently running RIZZOLMA bars that I have so im doing a fat bar convertion , I got some RHK dirt bike risors from KTM NEWCASTLE and time to modify for the SPEIGLER top clamp .
milled out bottom of clamp 17/62 drill so I can tap and 8mm x 1.25 mm thread to bolt from under the top clamp
milling out centre through bolt at first I wanted to open up so I can use this to mount to top clamp.
time to mill out the top section of clamp so I can fit a better style of cap screw bolt.
I mounted two 8mm bolts into the top clamp so I can hold the clamp in mill
next was to flip it over and mill out a recess for the lower through bolt to risors .
im about to swap turbo kit for a set of these but in blue !
now some of you here may now this man whom built this TLS SAM from the UK.
well he built it with an supercharger and modified the throdle bodys runs 750cc bosch injectors and custom airbox, now sam no longer has the supercharger fitted as it didn't suit his need for hillclimbing so he sold it all off and I got the throdle body set up so ive attached a build for his tls and also the construction of the airbox built by sam "not me "

ive picked up and 2010 busa front of el-hefty and in true mick style supplied me with a new 19mm radial master cyl of a gixerthou.

as I said I didn't make the airbox at all but done by sam but I think you will find it a cool build .
