By Passing Side Stand Cut Off

I'm turning a GSXR1000 into a full time track bike and in binning various bits of weight, i've got rid of the side stand.
Now thats it gone though i'm left with the cut off button sitting out all of the time. At the moment i just have a zip tie holding it in so I can move the bike when it's in gear. Obviously thats going to have to go before it gets to the track.

Disconnecting the actual plug makes no difference either.

So given I am pretty inept with electrics, does anyone know is there is a quick fix for this or does it actually need bypassing so the sensor no longer recognizes the button that pops out when the stand is down?

get rid of the switch at the plug. either the switch opens or closes the circuit in this case i would say makes the circuit, as disconnecting it does nothing you say

so join the green to the black, just try a jumper wire on the connector terminals first to see if the bike likes it then make it pretty and permanent
I can handle pain until it hurts.

Is it a 2 wire switch? Most of them just need the wires connected together to bypass the switch.

the switch closes the curcuit energising the Side stand relay.

the diagram below is for a gsx1400 and as they use the same relay I should expect the wiring would be similar
