    Finally... a 711

Well, it's taken a bit longer than I'd hoped, but today this was registered. Pity it wasn't yesterday , would have been a 7/11 registered on the 11th of the 7th. Damn, missed by that much...
slabby 1052 with 1109 high comp wisecos, 38mm BST's, new clutch basket. The original air box from the 750 was a good fit. There is still a bit of a flat spot around 3.5k revs, but I think the idle mix is still a bit rich, otherwise this is a missile. Spun the rear, and wheel standed, throttle only, yahoo[]

Don't be too harsh guys, this is only the start.
Does anybody have a set of 4-2-1 pipes from an 1127 or 1052 they can sell me, the 750 pipes fit , but are too close to the bottom of the crankcases.

Looks shit hot mate, its the best mod you can do to any GSXR750, The exhaust on my 7/11 runs about 5mm from the sump and its been like that for years with no problems.

Way to go Benz, looks good. What is the reason for putting the early motor in? Go easy on me, I'm not very bright.

Simple really, that was the only 1100 oil boiler I had!
It's also got the best stock clutch ,the spring operated with stainless basket setup. Put 16 valves in the head not long ago too, so I think I know this engine a bit.
