    cam tensioner help

    Hi guys i was just wanting to know how to set up my manual cam chain tensioner without fucking it up any help is appreciated cheers Rod

    generally loosen the locknut and bolt and turn the engine by hand a couple of times and then tighten it back up.. thats how i do the hondas 2 tensioners
