    On alot of oldschool bikes 2 was a clamp. 3 clamps = triple clamps. Got it? Triple clamps is derived from Latin Tri meaning 3. Ple meaning motorcycle forks and Clamps meaning to hold with much vigor.

    You ozzies have got some wierd terminology IE;
    (pool tables) "bigs & smalls" what's that about, they're all the same size, even the spot on 'em all is the same size, the only difference is half of them have a STRIPE round that spot???
    (ozzy rules) "footy oval" Its a fuckin' ellipse, an oval has straights on it like a speedway track???

    What should we call it, a footy ellipse , I don't think so [}]. As for the pool table part, any number over 8 is big, everybody knows that

    no wuckers! LOL

    seriously though
    i like to think that it would clamp more evenly

    for example a regular triple-clamp only needs to be off by a tiny amount (say a 50.1mm clamp on a 50mm fork leg) and it wont clamp well, or only clamp cos its deforming itself or the fork leg [XX(]

    these should eliminate that problem, as long as the forks are round-shaped!

    just out of curiousity, is the material gripping the forks aluminium or rubbery stuff?
    Rev the fucker!!!!!
