Gibbo mate,

Right click on ya picci's, and select Edit.

That should go into Paintbrush program or similar.

Choose ya Cut and Paste option from the left hand side and on the picci RIGHT click and choose Select all.

Then Right Click on the Picci again and choose ' Stretch/Screw'
In the stretch part change your percentage in the box's to 25% each.
This will drastically change shrink ya pics without loosing quality.

Than Save ya picci after you have done this.

Then Just Host the picci and paste the IMG file into your Forum Replys. I'm guessing GIX can Host the picci's for you but if you want to do this on ya own let me know and I can walk ya through it
