Don't get the wrong impression here lads, Alfa did most of the work we just did a bit of engineering stuff like fitting the swinger & making a few bit's N Pieces & some paint/powdercoating. Alfa fitted the tail & front then meticulously rebuilt whole bike & the motor using all new bearings, seals, gaskets, pistons, valves etc etc.... I have to say it's a real credit to him, when I rode it the motor felt & sounded brand new & the bike felt tight & precise. I reckon that headlight would look great on it. Then to mod the exhaust eh?....

Thanks guys.... It took me over a year to complete the project.... It has been a dream for me since '93 to modify one water-cooled gixxer 11.
Must say I'm very happy with the bike, rides nicely.......

    I've gotta go.......

Pleased to say I own this bike now had it for a year and a half or so.
    Motor is still a peach.
I got rid of the cow horns and light and I've fitted something alot smaller which is about to change again. I'm afraid the R6 seat unit and sub frame is going to go. To be replaced with an RS250 unit.
