    Stripped the tank completely for priming and painting and found rust holes right under the seam on the left side...

    So time for a new tank....

    Woohoo......got it running.....
    Might not sound like much but this is the first time I have wired a bike from scratch instead of just modifying the stock harness.
    The other headache has been the oil cooler.....I have fitted a thermostat
    for faster warm up....lowering the bike caused a few clearance issues
