    Anyone in ACT with a dial indicator?

    Thinking about buying a lathe but need to make sure there is no play in the head or tailstock, anyone around here got a dial indicator I can borrow? Maybe I should stop being a cheap cunt and just buy one.

    Sorry cant help you out there. The cheap cunt way is going the "push and pull" method. At lest your trying to find the right tool for the job lol

    if you get a lathe you'll probably want a dail indicator anyway wont you?

    Just buy one now... you can never have too many tools i say :P
