Well it lives, the owner sorted the last of the issues and got the first start done.
Linky no worky.....
Ok my bad
So it turns out I can make mistakes......... My mistake was being so far off chops when welding up these brackets for the new metal rack I said to myself. "Fuck it I wont clamp these down as I weld them, how far could they possibly warp"......... Well as it turns out a lot seems to be the correct answer. Well enough to be cough " out side of acceptable tolerance " cough cough
To be honest, I really did fuck up. I had to think of a solution to bend 50x25x3 mm rhs back straight after some twat welded shit in the way. Not nearly as simple as one might first think. My solution may not be on the top of every bodies list but let me assure you, it was by far the easiest I could come up with at the time and I got very very lucky.
installed onto their new home, just waiting till I can afford the 25mm mdf shelves I will be using
.
Presetting things like this is the only way mate. Something like that at a guess would be 10-20mm....
Know the feeling there.... The last 4x4 tray I did I had to preset heaps of bits, got really tiring by the end of it.....
Hey Lynton, you need this.

I thought you weren't taking on any more jobs and now you say no work? I'm confused?
We may well have a commercial plumbing job coming up soon..dog grooming salon shop fitout if ya interested.
Jesus died for his own sins...NOT MINE !
so 18 mths ago I grabbed some engine machining tooling that came up, one of the items was a
old warren and brown Australian made valve grinder. Over all it was in great condition with only
a few things to fix. With the time off and a stand still on other workshop projects till funds improve
I took the opportunity to clean and inspect it. Well things got out of hand and it received a full pull
down. All moving parts cleaned and repacked with grease. A drive spring, one belt and a messing oil
pump are looks all that need to be sourced. I am waiting to see if the off size roller bearing can be sourced
as well but it and its counterpart seem in good order after cleaning and packing so I might just reassemble as is.

Being without a shed these days only makes me hate you even more. Lol.
Now all I've got is less room than what you have under your house.....
Myself and the rest of the tribe will be down Brissy way in a few months so we'll have to do beers or that spicy bourbon or something.
