I have to say, i'm a little disappointed in the lack of responsiveness to emails I've had.

I sent an email to Nathan on the 2nd, and didn't hear back til the 5th, at which stage he told me you were getting them, but no other details, i asked him for a price and am still yet to get a response?

This is something that really shits me with some business' now days. The internet is probably used a lot more than phone for enquiries now-days (i know it is for me) but an email can go unanswered for 5 days?

I don't mean to sound like an ass hat but that's pretty poor IMO.

Mate I could not agree more. Let me say I have dealt with this issue in house. It is really important. The hard part is people want stuff cheap yet want good service and with the economy as it is the two don't go together. In saying this though you have been great. Supported us and we have let you down here. To be honest it is part of why I like forums as it keeps us accountable to our customers. You will be contacted very very soon. Trust me.
