    BXP Machining - Custom CNC machined billet parts




    BXP Machining is a small machining & fabrication business based in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. It comprises of a partnership between two ASF members: Ben Shaw (Exben) & Peter Flynn (NakedTurboBusa).

    Ben is an engineering pattern maker with experience in all aspects of this field. In contrast, Peter spent 13yrs in the Defence Force as a sniper team leader & supervisor, followed by a further 4 yrs as a Private Security Contractor working for mining companies in the Middle East & Africa. He also has a background in plastics fabrication where he managed projects with military precision.

    BXP Machining specialises in design & manufacture of industry specific components using the latest CAD CAM technology.

    We pride oursleves in our excellent design & problem solving skills and with over 20 years experience in the manufacturing of components & tooling for the vacuum forming, point of sale, automotive, motorcycle, military, mining, movie & medical industries, we can safely say we are able to meet ANY machining or fabrication requirements!

    Cams need to be ground on a cam grinding machine , we dont have this type of machinery so we'd be outsourcing this part,this wouldn't work out cheapest for you, so the short answer is, you'd be better off contacting someone like wade cams http://www.wadecams.com/ or waggot cams http://www.waggottcams.com.au/about.php
