Had the pleasure of keeping this little beauty secure for some years for a mate, she was perched in my office in my old house.
Possibly one of the most talked about Kawasaki Pro Stockers in ANDRA history, and yes, this is the actual NHRA Pro Stock Champion as ridden by Byron Hines.
She came to Aust via a friend who purchased her in the USA, Byron stepped off of her and my buddie took her off of his hands, she came to Australia and Caned Pro Stock Bike, (9.24@145mph rings a bell), pretty slow by todays standards, but nothing got close to her back in the day, and no one back then could imagine anyone going faster of quicker.
