i think the second one is supposed to be an ekranoplan, they were first built as top secret russian project during the cold war that were designed to do stupid fast speeds while just hovering over flat surfaces like water, ice, etc

nope its definitely not an ekranoplan coz it hasnt got a sufficient square for gliding btw "ekran" means screen and plan stands for aeroplan - aeroplane, obsolete (just as all the crazy shit posted here)

    heres the story:

    Snowmobile Sever-2 (north 2)

In the mid50s there was a sharp necessity on replacement of snowmobile NKL–16 applied for mail delivery to northern areas of the Russia since early 40s. Therefore on March, 16th, 1957 the Ministerial council of the USSR issued instruction ¹ 300 about measures on the further development of economy and culture of the North. In development of this decision the aircraft industry Ministry has issued the order for ¹ 229 from April, 13th which obliged an aerospace center headed by N.I.Kamov to develop a post snowmobile. It was supposed to operate on 200-300 mm snow cover depth. A snowmobile should move with cruiser speed of 40 km/h. the chassis of Pobeda (Victory) or UAZ were supposed to be used as the vehicle platform .
(sounding official, i just translated the article from the Museum of Aviation)

    heres NKL-16:

Was obvious that the less details were to be made specially, the lower product cost. Originally it was planned to establish a Ì–11F/160 h.p./ aircraft engine on the aeromobile, but Kamov rejected that variant because of low characteristics of the engine. So they used Ai-14/260 h.p./ engine from planes Jak-12 and Jak-18.

Besides the car body in the North2 design there were used many details: a front suspension and steering from the Victory, amortisation legs of rear skis from helicopter Ka-15, jalousie of the Jak-12 engine and others. Actually, only skis, cowls, an engine mount, gas tanks and some other units of the equipment were madespecially for the project. The enginecompartment was turned to a luggage compartment, gasoline tanks were hidden under the front fenders. The aircraft engine and its frame were closed by the fast removable cowls, smoothly passing into an aerodynamic panel of the oil tank placed on the roof. UUUfff! [|)]

and those who have read the abracadabra to the end, have a candy:

as i found it out, the uppermost "jetski" is named Ka-30

    the end of story:

In 1964 Sever-2s were out of service. Their place was occupied with Ka-30. They had a van configuration, were made already on aviation technologies and with application of UAZ and ZIL details, the engine on them was set up the same as in Sever2. For operation in the summer this snowmobile was equipped with floaters. Certainly, Ka-30 were stronger and more capacious than Sever2 and served till 90s. [:0] (i didnt know that)

later i'll try to find out sunfimk bout the 2nd jetski - modded bomber
