    $15 key ring "spy" Camera

    Check out this vid-

    * link removed by request

    Sound isn't much good (but you can dub your favourite pirate band in after) but the picture quality is amazing from one of these-

    Not my vid- but I've just ordered one.

    Would be fun to pull a few of them apart.. the internals must be tiny. Could embed them anywhere you want.. chin-part of your helmet, front of your bike, etc.

    where on your helmet and how did you mount it?

    i already have one but am struggling to find somewhere decent to mount it. it would be some much easier if they worked vertically rather than horizontally.

    Cool vid large, but what makes me laugh is why would someone post a video of the driving home from work it just advertises where their bike is at all times, it's not even in a garage at their house. So a quick 5 mins on google maps and street view and wow we have the whole route start to finish. The ride starts opposite Somewhere in Melbourne and finishes at somewhere else in melbourne. If your going to use camera's like this be a little smarter and don't film your daily trip home from work. People wonder how they were found out when they film themselves doing 200kmh down the hwy and film it.... oh well that's my 2 cents for this month... now back to playing with my toy...

    Maybe because he doesn't think anyone will steal his old VFR?

    Maybe he has a big fuckoff dog/gun?

    Who knows? I've edited your post because Greg put that vid up as a favour to me.

    1 minute of video at 720x480 30fps = 240Mb, so slightly over 4 minutes per Gb

    If the resolution can be changed you'd be better to drop it to (at most) 320x240 24fps which will use 4.9Mb per minute, or about 3.5 hours per Gb

    It'll look chunky on a high definition screen, but perfect for youtube etc IMHO
