    Syntax is wrong of course, but fuck I laughed.
    Yeah, close mate. It's:

    10 print "HOME ";
    20 print "SWEET ";
    30 goto 10

    But you get 7 points for effort! For full points (including bonus points for style) you need:

    10 print "Who ";
    20 gosub 1000
    30 print "do ";
    40 gosub 1000
    50 print "we ";
    60 gosub 1000
    70 input "blame? ",g$
    80 if g$ = "JackTar" or "jacktar" then goto 2000 else goto 3000
    1000 for I = 1 to 150
    1010 next
    1020 return
    2000 for I = 1 to 1000
    2010 next
    2020 print
    2030 print "CORRECT!"
    2040 for I = 1 to 500
    2050 next
    2060 print "Nerds ";
    2070 gosub 1000
    2080 print "Rule! ";
    2090 gosub 1000
    2100 goto 2060
    3000 for I = 1 to 1500
    3010 next
    3020 print "Incorrect, please try again."
    3030 gosub 1000
    3040 print
    3050 goto 10

    "10, 20, and 30 are line identifiers. As code is run/compiled it goes from the first to the last. I believe 10 should actually read print "home" and 20 should read print "sweet". When the program is run it will print: "home" "sweet" "home" and so on...over and over again. Line 30 is directing the program to go back to 10 and run from there. It is an infinitely looping program that spits out "home sweet" over and over again."

    Ok, Ok, I'll dumb it down for all the non-nerds... This is an example of what the program would look like if you ran it:

    At the very real risk of turning this thread serious: If it wasn't for us nerds not having "better things to do with our time" you wouldn't be posting on this forum.

    I understand that nerds have there place (everyone needs someone to pick on) but what good is a looping program? how does that make the forum run.
    Home Sweet Home.... whats the point of a program looping that? who cares
    Everyone blames jacktar... Thats something that you just know and dont have to be told, Its universal law just like gravity and the speed of thought.
    Shouldn't it say "i have no friends and im trying to look cool as best i can" or "I am hip/cool/down with it" then loop that on your own computer to make you feel better.

    basically, Whats the fucking point of a looping program?
