K8 1000 footpeg assy. Thanks Sharky. Much cleaner than stock. Just had to weld mount tabs for the master cylinder, and do one off link rod.
About 120mm back and 70mm up over standard.

TURBO mock up. Finally I can set up oil/boost lines and work out5 where to put the oxygen sensor. Can't wait to get this happening, also have a fresh standard top end to go on. low boost on the standard bottom end tho. Big power will have to wait until welded crank.

Found this and a broken ring, the most worn rings I've ever seen in a still running motor.

When I did the freshen up I dummy fitted the system to work out where the o2 sensor will go. So did not want to take it back off again.

See its still a commuter with the rack on.

    FARK!!! That's what I want.

I love my ET, but want to keep it very "1980's".
Dont want 6-pot's, USD forks, Single sided arms etc.
I want it nasty but very much a bike thats stuck in its time,
(most folk dont notice the Busa master cylinder!)

I've ridden a few draw-trough bikes and they were not a patch
on modern injected stuff but I still want an original Mr Turbo kit.
Wont be for a while ($$$$) but this threads porn to me!!

    Top job, Love it....[8D]

Finally got the windowed clutch cover fitted, had to heat the makrolon with a hair dryer to shape it to the arc of the holes. did to holes myself, had to keep some ally in as bracing for the clutch pivot. I liked this design anyway as it's a bit different.
    Also fitted:
GSX750 oil pump gears (higher ratio better oil supply for when the turbo goes on).
    Brand new Clutch basket.
Polished and spray anodized pressure plate, we'll see how long the spray lasts.

Ready for AFR now, it's Viper purple with the liolet flake replaced with gold, really pops quite well in the sun, hard to catch it on the camera tho. Thanks to Gibbo and TK for their advise, very helpful.

Yarp Ivan, in 2k, converted the back patio into a spray booth for a week. It's a bit rugged in places. But will come up ok with a sand and buff.
