Yeah, a Busa ain't a twin though.[V] I was referring more to how they would perform with the different exhaust pulses of a twin (as opposed to a 4 cyl), along with the effect on torque and midrange by lowering back pressure. Do you have any data from a TWIN for your cans?
amazing
Whats so amazing [?]quote:Originally posted by suzuka1980

they perform very much the same as a yoshimura Rs3 exhaust pipe, but they do sound a little louder, that is on a 4cyl though.
cheers matt
selling these for $200 each now, only a few left so be fast,
ask santa for one this X mas
they look nice
as promised photos of the pipe now its on, sounds good i love it as for how it goes i dont know seems normal to me no real loss but i didnt get it to hunt horses.
Hi Andrew, is that using the standard link pipe? I might be tempted after all
ye mate it is, if ya lookin to do it on a sv. i cut the can off right were it welds so if you look under the shroud at the base you can see were the pipe welds to the can. thats for original exhausts. for link pipe sheild bent the tabs at the bottom back cause the bolts and nuts are acctully welded for it. tomorrow im gonna cut them out and put new bolts to fit the shield. dont know if i made it sound complicated or not but its pretty easy just hack away lol
Just fitted mine to my SV. Love the sound, raw and deep, brings out the v-twin throb nicely
Thanks very much Matty!
Will get some pics up soon
The bike looks awsome andrew, glad your happy with it.
im also doing a sale on the more older style exhausts also, these are only $150 each now. they are 53mm straight through pipe, and to give you an idea for length they main body is 30cm.
