well thanks guys, i wouldnt have ridden in this weekend only the wife was dog sick and sleeping most of the day. since the bike is loud enough to wake the dead i didnt mess with it at all.

Its alive for real. not done but i did take it out for a very short spin tonight. Needs baffles but sounds really good with a helmet on and its very responsive!! no speedo or tach yet so i dont know what i was doing but i definately didnt get into the power band. The shorty exhaust seemed to help it out down low. Ill update more when i get it road worthy.

a few things arent right, like the mirrors and mechanical speedo but we all have to make compromises right

anyone seen rapid bikes this month? Its supposed to be in there, havent gotten a copy yet though.

Hey Matt, string them together, add any still photos you have of the build, add some music and I'll stick it on the vids page mate.

Hey Matt, the original speedo cluster will take a '90 USD Suzuki 17" wheel speedo drive, fits up [the shank is shorter at the top, so it's difficult to tighten inside the Geep's rear cluster cover], and it seems fairly accurate between 60-100 k's, the needle is steady. That's all you need....
