Help needed to identify this fork leg.

I need to identify this leg as I have a dispute with the seller. The forks were meant to be MINT condition, non leaking 03/04 R6.
They are not as described as the caliper mounts are different and they are leaking.
Legs 46mm diameter, 730mm long. 90mm centres on caliper mount holes.
    Anyone ?????
