    WinKart (Was CBR600RRR Kart )

I picked up a new project from Rexie today.

    Its a clubman kart with a KT100S.

I might give it a run like this, but the plan is to add a 600-750cc motor al la www.gixxerkart.com.

Just got to chop the seat in half and add a few inches of width first

If you whack a 600cc in, I reckon you're gonna need a longer wheel-base to handle the wheel-spin.

What motor and does it come with a wiring harness?

I'm thinking of getting a stat write off/pallet bike for all the bits.

But if you make it longer you may have to chop up the trailer to fit it in. You wouldn't want to ruin the gal on the trailer would you?

too much fucking around. I figure if I can get a pallet bike with a good motor and wiring/instruments it'll just need a few cable ties to hold it all in place

so whats the plan Large ?. Wot ya got sorted for it ?. I got my 1100 bolted in but i reckon a r6 donk is gunna eat mine for dinner. If you wanna girl out and go old skool on it I may have a spare 750K motor kickin around in a weeks time. Mine is lengthened about 600mm and double strengthened from rear to halfway down with another frame welded on top of the other. trying to stop it twisting under power

Nothing yet. Just going to keep an eye on the auctions for a stat write off in 600-750 size and go from there.

Got any pics of your install?

I was thinking of running angle stays up to the top of the motor to add a bit of twisting resistance to the back.
