    GSXR 750 discs

    Hi All,
I'm after a set of roadworthy front discs (and for that matter rear disc also) for my GSXR 750 L model. It is a 1990 with the USD forks. Or can anyone advise what later model discs will bolt straight on? Thanks

Bandit discs have a different offest, 19.5mm for Bandit campared to 22mm for GSXR (if I remember), could get away with a spacer I guess

Thanks for the offer & info. I'll check out Metal Gear prices etc from a local bike shop as I'd looked at their website recently and they are listed as a dealer.
Thanks Banditrod, I'm hoping for a cheap and very simple bolt straight up option to see if I want to RWC the GSXR or sell it off as parts.
Here is a picture of the GSXR (after I've repainted it, gave me something to play with...)

While I've been fiddling with this I've just bought a Katana from another ASF member in Sydney. Just got it registered and took it for a run up to Kalorama - hence the awful smoke from the dreadful fires. Bike is great, makes a beautiful sound...

    rnewall,

    GSXR750 - K through to WS, '89 to '95
    GSXR1100 - K through to WT, '89 to '00

    That's about all that interchange.

If you can give me a week, I get home on Friday and I think I have a set in the shed. Just need to check.

Then again, if your gunna part it out, let me know cause I might be interested in taking the complete bike off your hands.

If the others fall through let us know and I'll
    dig'em out.

K discs are dimensionally the same as the L. Difference is that the K discs have the cross drilled holes whereas the L has 3 wiper slots in each disc.

    Old,

No sense letting all that hard work disappear.

If it was me, I'd grab Turbocats offer. Damn good looking discs there.

rnewall, that paint job looks sweet, mines the same colour, but with a small fairing, not the std one, my paintwork is shoddy, do you fancy doing a re-spray for me ???
If so send me a PM
