Wouldn't be much different to the ZX9R would it mate? A fair few guys have done that on here and they'd know the answer. Try searchiung "ZXR ram air" in the search box at the top of this page and see what comes up.

how'd you do the tail light? is it just a stock one chopped in half?

  14. #14
Yeah xa-mount sounds easy hey ,milled the original in half ,removed interior bought another enduro unit from the states took the guts out of that fitted inside the original housing remake base to light, and fit piece of piss.

I'm loving the look of this one. It looks like you kept the original gauges, can I ask how these are mounted did you get a bracket fabricated ?

  18. #18
like everything on this bike i did it my self fabricated a bracket 1.5mm ally ,am using the tripple tree as a mouting point ,i like the gauges like the analog tacho ,cool watching that needle spin around

I'm with you an the analogue tacho deff better than the lcd type. Bike looks almost done, how long did it take you to get to this stage ? Is it just painting left to do?

it will never be finished ,took about 6 weeks part time to do the tail section alone
