Hey chase, how did u manage to hide the huge cluster of wires on the l/hand side? etween the radiator and the tank
Yeah ran the wires (along with choke cable) over the radiator and up under the clamp - used some of the heat shield from the belly pan to case the wires in. The brake cable mounts on the bottom clamp make a good spot to run the wires thru and lock in.

Mate thats trick how tight it fits in I just wonder though how will the silicon hold up with the pressure of a running bike[8D]
Oh and BTW how about just an inspection guage and the rest blacked out[?]

Yeah, def looks better blacked out. I think the bottom should be ok - I used a cap that actually screwed into the bottom of the bottle (had to drill out the opening a tad to get it to fit), the silicon is really just to secure it in place. and if it falls to pieces no doubt there'll be something else lying round I can chuck on.

Do the risers still clamp down hard on the bars? If you've bolted the bracket for your speedo to your risers it would be reducing the hold of the bars. Wouldn't want the bars spinning forward after a big mono!

All seems good. The risers had a bit of bar exposed when tightened down prior - now with the plate there's prob about a mm of bar visable from the front of the risers. Think it should be cool - will have some sad pics to put up later if not [B)]

After some mucking round with a hack saw and some alloy strips I finally got the position and size right for the headlight unit mounts.

Chucked on some new rizzoma grips, bar ends, and an alloy reservoir I scored cheap on ebay, it's all starting to come together.
