    How did you go machining the polycarb????

    Also .... How strong is that stuff??
    easy to machine: router, trimmer, saw, sand ( cnc or manual)

    Each thickness and panel size dictates strengh... Standard pc will scratch. MR10 will not, Its used for race car glass the world over.

    Try putting a brick through a PolyCarb bus stop....... they bounce off!!! normally back in the same direction.... quite funny...

    Loving the intercooler setup. Any idea on how efficient it is up there? Will you or does it have ducting up to it? Do you have any idea on power figures and what boost it's running?

    Is it coming to NFR in a couple of weeks?
