Mate, Canberra is colder than Bob (the greenie fag) Brown is towards homophobic Tasmanian lumberjacks.

I've seen -25 or something with wind-chill factor, and that's just standing outside in the breeze.

I might have to go the 'girl' and get a fairing bike for winter, or drink lot's of Vodka.

    Hi all!
    Thanks for the Flowers!!

Gix, you are onto it: Yeah, the Fairing is too high. You might notice a bracket on the steering stem, I could'nt be bothered to take it off (two 8mm bolts, ya see). Thats why I sticky taped the fairing above it. Just to get an idea how everything looks, when it is mounted together on the bike. (This is the first time I have done this. I got the bodywork from Germany [including the mask, zendes] at different places. I only have seen them seperately on photos before I actually bought them).

@ Zendes: "It looks friendly, with a smile"!? What? Are you on drugs or something!
I've seen your bike in SI. Nice one! You have to get your shit together to make it until 1.4...
Once the fairing is mounted properly, it will not appear as big, trust me.
Besides, I decided in favour of some sort of windprotection. 'Cause I am not gonna ride that thing to the next cafe or party only (I am not saying you do...)
Mensch das sieht ja aus bei Dir. Das ist so Un- Deutsch, hehehe!

@ Large: To the rear suspension comment: You see the Ohlins shock.... It is a conventional set up with a linkage/ pivot-point thing (Fuck, I forgot the proper name of that thingy). Aaanyway, If you require a better photo, let me know.
You doing a good job as a translator, by the way....

Razorback: That pink Flag... You told me that you will keep the secret!
I still keep mine, about your ideas at the next mardi gras.
You naughty, naughty little boy, you!

    Cheers
    Frankie

    Hi Veetwo,

the L/H and Rockercovers are polished. Cause they are Magnesium. The R/H cover is chromed.
The fairing was not on it's place when I took the photo. How's that...

Need a bigger shot mate, and closer. Might still need lowering from that angle! Keeping the front low kicks the back up visually and makes it look haunched like a bad bastard raging bull. Still looks bloody good no matter what you do mate.

    Hi,
Gix: Thanks for that link. I did'nt think of that....stupid.
The whole bike is rather narrow, 400mm a the widest point. Ya see, the fairing will always look a bit big. It looks very different on a inline 4.
I know what you are saying. But if I go much lower, than I'lI lose the protecting effect (yeah,I know, I am a Girl). Originally, I just wanted to bold on a small trick lamp. Just like the Spiderman TL. I will go with it, for now....

    Is this big enough??

Much better Frankie. I found it a pain in the arse to get the right position for my h/light. Getting beam aim correct for the MOT test and fitting the speedo into it and the bloody cable runs too. Then i had to get it as close to the yokes as possible. I'm still fine tuning it.
    Nice tail section [8D].

    I really like it Frankie!
& in spite of being a four lover, I really love the noise of a 90 degree v twin.
