You can do it Des. Tell Alfons to piss off and get it back together. It's gonna look good mate.

    Hi all!
    Thanks for the Flowers!!

Gix, you are onto it: Yeah, the Fairing is too high. You might notice a bracket on the steering stem, I could'nt be bothered to take it off (two 8mm bolts, ya see). Thats why I sticky taped the fairing above it. Just to get an idea how everything looks, when it is mounted together on the bike. (This is the first time I have done this. I got the bodywork from Germany [including the mask, zendes] at different places. I only have seen them seperately on photos before I actually bought them).

@ Zendes: "It looks friendly, with a smile"!? What? Are you on drugs or something!
I've seen your bike in SI. Nice one! You have to get your shit together to make it until 1.4...
Once the fairing is mounted properly, it will not appear as big, trust me.
Besides, I decided in favour of some sort of windprotection. 'Cause I am not gonna ride that thing to the next cafe or party only (I am not saying you do...)
Mensch das sieht ja aus bei Dir. Das ist so Un- Deutsch, hehehe!

@ Large: To the rear suspension comment: You see the Ohlins shock.... It is a conventional set up with a linkage/ pivot-point thing (Fuck, I forgot the proper name of that thingy). Aaanyway, If you require a better photo, let me know.
You doing a good job as a translator, by the way....

Razorback: That pink Flag... You told me that you will keep the secret!
I still keep mine, about your ideas at the next mardi gras.
You naughty, naughty little boy, you!

    Cheers

    Gidday Ladies!

This one turns out to be a funny one!

03gixx: It not a TL suspension. That was one idea behind it. A sweet handling TL. Howzat for a change. Italian handling without the shortcomings attached....

Gix: The rear wheel is a new Marvic. The seat base you see on the cowl is a 996 (without padding offcourse).
Zendes will probably call me a Girl again. Cause I am having actually a seat, and not a S/S Plate with a Knuckelbuster engraved on it, hehehe!
I thought about Ohlins....$4.500,- plus wheel, calipers.....
This complete frontend, I got from the Wreckers for $2.500,- (it's straight and all). Since I am not racing... That GSXR 1000 '03-'04 will do, thanks.

ZenDes: That is one of the reasons why I went to Oz. Here are continious Days with Sun. Yes, these Countries do exsist! In case you want to know: Today's Weatherforcast in Perth 36 C and fine!
chalk10, this picture is for you as well. I am reffering to the Numberplate on me Fazer, not the fairing.

    'til later

Ah thought so, that is one very nice chassis combo, and the fact that it gets rid of that dreaded TL rear suspension is well worth it.

    Hi Zendes,

    -2 C. Shit!
I know Walhalla from Richard Wagner's Opera. But, where is it you are going?

What do you mean with, "2 sluggs 44 - no less, no more :-" ?

I think our little Zen Biddhist buddy isn't quite so calm when it comes to Alfons (who the feck is Alfons)

You only need one slug if it's to the back of the head Zendy

-2 that's nothin', giv'us as couple of months at it'll be getting to -6/-8 around here. But it don't snow or rain much, so daily riding's still on [^]
