I know a few guys that have done it over here in QLD, but WA is a bit tougher. Morry might know someone. I'll see if I can get him in here.

Supercharger Mark converted his Z1 and Evad converted his Z650. They're the two I know about for sure. What bike are you trying to convert Mac?

Only try this if you are of very sound mind. It will test you to the limit of your sanity!

Oh. So you want to convert a fuel injected bike that has been converted to carbs, BACK to fuel injection again! Wow, that's a first for me. In theory it should be easy if you can find the original gear.

Good one Si LOL, Work in Progress in this instance.

It started and ran and I rode it, took it to Dyno, refused to start.

Haltech guy was a Dick and no support and no initial maps for Bikes even though their product states "For Motorcycles"

Haltech are not on my Christmas card list put it that way!

At the end of the day Business and life got in the way so W.I.P. and will get back to it!

Supercharger Mark and Evad managed it. Admittedly without a lot of swearing (well Mark anyway), but it works, and it works well.

Deano injected his turbo bandit engine. Autronic ECU ... exy but with great results.
I have read of people converting oil cooled GSXR's with late model GSXR throttle bodies and ECU's

anything can be done it's just how much time/money do you want to through at it?

You might be able to use a late model Kawasaki loom, throttle bodies, sensors and ECU on the z1000h
Fitting the sensors is probably the most pain in the arse bight.
    Cam angle
    Crank angle
    knock
    something else
    then the other thing too.
Don't forget that one over there.

    And Done

    Places like this: https://www.boonstraparts.com/en/par...&ID=B10001714I

There is such a high demand for the old school bike these days that you can even get new parts for a lot of them.
