Looks about right. The angle of the tail (looking at the pillion seat section) looks to be matching the lines of the tank. Seat height looks about right too from standard, but you'd obviously want to sit on it to be sure

I think that looks pretty good, if you drop the headlight so that the top is tangent to the line from the seat and tank it'll look great

Didn't notice any damage so not sure why it was written off. I'll keep the leftover for another project, maybe furniture or something who knows.

Dropped the seat angle a little, reckon it looks a bit more natural.
    Also finished my coolant overflow

I'll have a R1 frame & subframe in about a month that is on the WOVR if you're interested in buying. Also a bonus it'l be in QLD

Did a first prototype for the undertray and put the electrics back in, looks like everything will fit nicely.

Super happy with how the keyless system works, thinking I'll mount the on/off button in the steering stem.

I personally hate electrics, but I remember continually push starting Fimps TLR due to gremlins with his key-less ignition.

    Has reliability improved?

I've always liked electrics cause they make sense to me, if something doesn't work as it should it's wired wrong and needs to be fixed.

There will be battery drain when the unit is active but the lithium battery should handle it fine. I also have a master switch to toggle the unit on and off for when I leave it alone for longer periods.

I've been running an M-unit keyless ignition from Motogadget for the past 5 years without an issue. Well, once i sorted out the internal short that kept draining the battery that is. Mine is a swipe on / off style though rather than proximity but i love it. Stops me from accidentally riding off without the key, haha

The Phillips LED H4 is supposed to be really good. Takes up a bunch of space behind the reflector though.
