And then I am still going , hoping to get some time in the shed this weekend. Pressed the Stem in the ZX12 triple so going to do the fit up this weekend maybe looking at a zx10 front wheel so will see how that goes. The ZX10 swing arm pivot is 20mm and the L is 25mm the drawings below are the spaces for the pivot but not sure if I will use them. The 'L' fits differently in the frame than the 'P' model I did last time so it's all new again and thinking I will mod the frame tapping it out to use the ZX10 preload adjuster in the frame similar to the factory. Also getting ready to build the motor goodtimes.

My mate Peter made the spacer and machined/cut a thread in the ZXR frame so I can run late model swinger with all factory style mounts, very happy. The stem has been swapped over to a slightly modded ZX10 unit and the top clamp machined to fit the large stem. All coming together. Now looking for ZX6/10 wheels once I found a set at a reasonable price I will get spacers made to suit and the roller is done. then onto motor

Picked up a ZX10 rear wheel will get some spacers in the next week or so then the rear is done. Need to find a 636 or zx10 front rim and it will be ready to the next step

I know everyone know what a wheel looks like but "Pic or it didn't happen" is the rule. Wheel is all fitted. ZX10 wheel in ZX6 swinger in ZXR7 frame.
Next is to make the ZX10 front wheel work in the ZX12 forks (the 12 front fitted very nicely) or alternatively find one ZX10 fork leg and a set of triples. Wonder or different the 10 an 12 fork internals are?

    Looking good.

I take it you have a set of ZX-10R forks and one is rooted? I know where there's a set of 2005 (radial brake) ZX-10R fork lowers.

For some reason I cant add pictures but I have now swapped the ZX12 front end for a ZX14 everything lines up with the brake just need to make up some wheel spacers. So ZX14 forks ZX10 wheel and ZX12 master for the front happy days

I ended up buying a set of ZX10 wheels so I have a spare rear now . I sold the ZX12 front wheel I had and after talking to the guy he was looking for a complete front so we to swap the ZX12 front for a ZX14 he had purchased so happy days. Everything lines up with the ZX10 wheel and ZX14 forks. Next I can focus on the engine
