So beautiful southeast queensland day, sun is shining lovely ride west to gatton to pick some mower parts up. Stopped for fuel in town before returning home..... Key on... Nothing and I meaning nothing.... Investigate oh I see, the battery lug decided it didn't want to live connected to the battery any longer..... Well boys and girls this further proves zip ties are the best invention of all time... As some of you know my shit box is held together with the little blighters so I happen to carry a handful of them. One ball point pen from the little servo, two zip ties and a jump start down the hill I was lucky enough to be on my way... Well after the locals looked at me funny as I rode the wrong way up the foot path with no seat or helmet to retrieve said items....
