    ZX10 injectors

Has anybody got 4 standard ZX10 early model injectors laying around collecting dust I can buy?
Any model will do, I want to adapt and try them in the Z1 to see if it gets rid of the accelerator enrichment problem I'm having.
    Cheers
    Mark.

I prefer it as it is; I can just about keep up with you.

By the way, don't you hate it when you get excited that there is a reply with maybe some injectors and it's just me being a dick?

    No not yet

Still waiting for the pig tails so I can finish the wiring.

Who can guess what I used to make the fuel rail?

Yes Ozzy, Just changed the injectors, got rid of the 2nd tank and plumbed the return straight to the main tank.

    Not yet Si.
The injection feels a lot smoother, can't tell if it goes any harder, hard to tell, feels about the same at full throttle.

Yes Yes Yes, its not easy being a tight arse you know, its quite a challenge.

No not finished yet Si but on Wednesday, I did make a make shift harness for the injectors (till I get the real thing) and went for a ride, it feels pretty good, very smooth at low speed, I need to get up in the hills and play with the accelerator enrichment to see if it has solved the problem I had, however I have created a new problem which I should have foreseen, when I brake heavily with less than a 3/4 tank full, the fuel rushes forward and exposes the fuel outlet and bingo, no fuel pressure, shit, so other than baffles in the tank, anyone got any suggestions?

Longer hose between tank and pump?I probably have about a metre of 1/2" bore rubberpipe in a loop under the tank to the pump and it will run the tank virtually dry without any running issues.
