Yea, I'd be holding off getting too excited yet. Nik Samson announced it (ex-editor of SF and now works at BSH) and the cover artwork is very amateur, which would say to me he might be doing it as a solo project and just testing the water for feedback right now. I guess we'll see. I have asked around with guys that will know for sure, so I'll let you know what I hear back.

Would be good if it went back to its older style.

Towards the end it was cringeworthy and hardly worth buying.

I miss the style of the early years but didn't stress when it was stopped.

Bloke on the cover is Zef Eisenberg on his 500 gas turbine street bike,
I prefer his V8 Streetfighter, very compact compared to a Boss Hoss or Barbarian.

Plus one Tony. I loved the early Streetfighters magazine and it completely changed my interest of new and "attractive" sportsbikes to an absolute passion for knarly big old air cooled tuned to fuck "custom" bikes. Haven't looked back since but yeah, the last few years of SF were pretty uninspiring and yawn worthy. But of all the thousands of magazines I collected as a yoof SF was the only collection that I brought over to Oz with me.

Turns out the photo is not a burnout, it's smoke from the flames from the turbine. Secondly it will be a quarterly like the very first versions back in 1992. Could this mean it's going full circle?
