Hey Reece, so I've decided to stick with the swing arm I got off you, keep it looking sort of original, lots of sweat and swearing but getting there

I'm liking the look of this thing. Kind of lamenting the fact I sold my KZ750...... considering what I'd put into it.

Way to late for that, I've always been around them, milling machine next, but slowly, slowly and unfortunately no CNC, not enough room or coin + being in Bowen freight is a pain in the arse, and yeah lathe will apparently be in Bowen Tuesday, but I will be down in farken cold old Vic for the old ladies's 80th, back Thursday, be able to pick it up from the freight depot Friday. PITA.

Hey Lynton, funny you say that, not a professional TIG, my old pro TIG shit itself (lent it to a mate lol) but been using the son in laws weldskill and it does a pretty good job so I bought one plus a MIG so damn happy at the mo. spending lots o time out in the shed. Lathe get here now so I can make some bits for the bike!

Yeah the pro MIG is awesome, has really fine control. Have used DC400 and Dc600 but this one is really great for a single phase unit. also big cheers for the compliment, but wouldn't have got this far without you guys input, many thanks

G'day all, so cause I'm a dickhead and glutton for punishment, I've decided I'm going to do EFI on this thing, so opinions on wether to build ITB's or a manifold with single throttle body please as I can't decide, ITB's look cool but single easier to tune, blah blah, so I'm fucked if I know, but it will be a challenge for sure!

Hoping for some good opinions and for's/ against's for each way.

    Cheers,
    laurie

^^^ Righto, ITB's it is then, get plenty of use out of the lathe anyway and the mill when I get it!

Bit of machining over the last couple days

Back axle, still have to thread it, cut hex on other end and drill 13 mm hole through guts of it!

    Front axle on right!
