    Spark plugs

    Just interested in what others are fitting to Oil Cooled GSXR1100 1992 Engine (1127cc twin lobe)

    I have used JR9B single & dual, D8EA and always use only NGK.

    NGK list a plug noted as NGK7082 and on the plug from what I can see in brochure has FR5EG printed on it.

    they appear to be Iridium style of plug, does anyone use these?

    Oh............ engine runs STD cams but around 12.5/1 Compression, 40MM Carbs with K & N Pods and 4 in to 1 and is bored to 1216cc.

    Dyno'd at 148 RWHP & 92 ft/lb torque.

    any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated.

    I'm no expert, but, from my experience you'll need to run spark plugs!
    If I had a dollar for every time I thought about you, I'd start thinking about you

    FYI I've gone for JR9B's again seeing as they've worked OK before!

    Mind you some would say the oil burners can almost be classed as Diesels HAHA!
