    same here i d probably need 25 up here at 200 each to make the benaraby thing work so not much point ..I reckon the travel would kill it stone dead

    Guys have had and offer from russel today to still run the event but with a revised program due to the low numbers.
    This was quite a shock to me but I have grabbed the oppurtinity with both hands but I need you guys to accept the revised format

    The proposal is
    We turn up and run for 3 hours. Based in the 15 odd people we have that's still plenty of runs
    We will be sharing the camping with others that will be arriving for the Sunday event (some sort of Paul Walker tribute event) they have arranged a dj for the Saturday night as they expect about 60 people to turn up.
    The price stays the same. We can run from say 3-6pm or 4-7pm

    I need to know who is happy to still run this format and who is not.

    So is everyone still in? I need to know to pass the money on to Russell as originally planned rather than refunding and loosing money in the process.

    I personally think this is a great idea as an alternative, but please don't feel as though you HAVE to do this instead as I can refund without a problem.

    Let me know ASAP.
