    Soooo Lynton was right... shhh don't tell him... got some bigger wheels 264 x 80 heavier rated too so should do the job with ease..

    started to put the gas platform on today, wheels are just mocked up.



    come up with an idea for filler rod storage, pinched off another trolley I found pictures of on google.



    3 off 40 x 1000 pvc tubes for each side, one side for 1.6mm the other for 2.4mm SS, Alloy and MS respectively .

    when will you people learn i am always right.... oh and you need more then three wire holders, i did three and now i have to do at least 2 more :-(

    I was sick of the torch dropping on the ground, and I haven't lashed out on one of them magnetty ones yet so this will do the trick

    Finished the other pvc holders and welded it up..



    Drilled some holes to suit the new axle..

    Cut some plate to suit the diameter of the gas bottle..

    Put some rolled round bar on for cable holders.. I cut up some plate today to make a 500 x 600 x 200 deep drawer that I'll make soon.

    Lol cheers Lads..

    started making the drawer today, should be great outside corner tig practice... I tried DC Pulse for the first time on my first edge, (only had time for one weld) Peak 150A background 35A and 150HZ (I kinda just guessed), it was bloody quick I'll tell you that much it felt like a mig for a little bit there.. I have plenty more to practice on fiddling with the settings..

    set pules by 33%... back ground 33% of peak and 33% if you play with time
    try it so say 100 amp peak 33 amp background but with most trings it is personal
