    Cool And Then... more

Air box out, tail end off

Cut through, then take off lumpy bits that look in the way

Get the old Tig welder out and fire it up, splash a bit here n there, rebar had a large tin of paint on the end as I needed to push it down but no spare hands

Modified and straight… well straight enough

Throw the seat on for a look see, yippeedeedodah

    Zorst day

I picked up a set of headers from Motorcycle Masters in Kewdale
I have coated the 4/2 pipes with heat resistant paint; then wrap will be next then paint the wrap with heat resistant paint again

    So today,
Removed old studs and put in new ones, Fitted up the pipes managed not to wreck the new studs!
Once fitted made a couple of stub pieces and fitted them up, welded into place, fitted zorsts for a trial fit

Not sure if I will leave em shiny of paint them feckers as well

Battery box made and fitted, and battery shoved in it

Cover which will eventually cover it all up

My personal favourite…. Start hacking the wiring up

Chatted to a geezer, gonna get me some white walled tyres…………
