    yup albi i think of my projects like you said 24/7, pretty often i find a solution to a prob im my sleep. but i can dedicate to my projects just 3-4 hs on working days and 0-16 hs on weekends and holydays

    the seam on the 1st runners completely removed



    where to hang up the silencer? ideas?





    fabbing the merge collector



    30 min to shape 1.5mm stainless steel sheet, 5 min to weld it



    90 min to adjust it





    holds on without glue or adhesive tape lol

    We hung mine from the footpeg hanger which seems about the same place for yours. Only downside to this is some mad vibration when stuck at highway speed for a while which sends your foot numb. Of course , the anser is to avoid straight roads and highways (well, works for me anyway).

    thanks Si! yup i wanted to hook up the sil to the hanger but i'd like it to be a tad pointed upwards and not blocking the brake lever, therefore it'd be moved backwards. could you post a pic of yours, anyway?

    ive sorted it out already but on a fortnight leave (2 weeks) now proceeding to the paint job on my other bikes but i'll be back!

    but i keep accumulating tools, skills and power, just bought another shed next to mine, gunna turn them into a bike servo eventually
