thanks heaps mates, but sorry i cant just clear coat coz
    a. the top of the tanks shrunk pretty bad
    b. the tank and butt stop materials differ. probably i should have fabbed the tank from ally either but im trying to save on time as much as i can, same old story...

paper back mock up. the stop signals gunna be levelled with the butt stop surface

reckon that the big head light unit is what the night rider needs, chromes gunna be replaced for matt black powder
any opinions? is it fugly enough?

    the bucks removed, slim fit

Its effectively plastic coating , just melts at a high temp. So it would be slightly insulative , prob not.
