    bandit negative terminal

    Hello all,

Long time since I`ve been on here, my 2003 1200 bandit, has been in bits and rebuild for 10 months, and now reassembling everything.

My ? is, and I`m a bit embarrassed to ask because I`ve forgot,

Where does the negative battery terminal connect back from the battery? (I`ve also lost the negative lead some how, and am still looking for it)

Is it back to the frame, or into wiring?

I`ve just done a dodgy earth wire straight to frame from earth terminal and has some power, so I`m half guessing the terminal will go back to the frame somewhere, but just not sure!

If anyone can help out or a photo, would be appreciated.

    John.

Earth terminal usually goes to the engine (larger wire ) and into the wiring loom (one or more smaller wires)

    thanks mate,

that explains why I`ve got one particular wiring clip left over marked with a high light pen.
